Jackie provides tax and legal support in the areas of personal wealth planning, business planning, and executive benefits to Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company’s financial advisors and brokers. Jackie has been a featured speaker for national financial services industry groups as well as local professional advisor groups across the country. She has been quoted in financial publications as well as interviewed for the New York Times where she provided advice and guidance to small business owners; and discussed the importance in supporting Black owned businesses on the 100th Anniversary of the Tulsa Massacre. Jackie previously held the positions of Advanced Sales Associate Counsel and Corporate Strategic Planning Officer at Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Jackie was a resident of CT for over 40 years and has recently returned to Texas. She was a former board member of the Hartford Chapter of the Financial Services Professionals. Jackie is involved in many community activities particularly the Galveston Police Department Citizens Academy Alumni Chapter.  Jackie has a B.A. degree from Oberlin College, a J.D. from the University of Texas Law School, LLM in Taxation from Boston University Law School, and a master’s in Strategic Intelligence from The American Military University. Jackie is licensed to practice law in the State of Connecticut.
