john Culberson

John Culberson - As a fiscally conservative “Jeffersonian Republican,” Congressman John Culberson is committed to Thomas Jefferson’s vision of limited government, individual liberty, and states’ rights. Simply put, John Culberson believes in “Letting Texans Run Texas.”
John Culberson was elected in 2000 to represent the 7th District, a seat formerly held by President George H. W. Bush and House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Bill Archer. In Congress, John’s priorities include restoring the 10th amendment; strengthening the economy by cutting taxes, creating jobs, and balancing the budget; securing the border; advancing medical and scientific research; and improving Houston transportation.









John Sharp - A Democratic politician from Texas, who has served since 2011 as the chancellor of the Texas A&M University System. From 1991 to 1999, he was the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. From 1979 to 1987, he was a member of both houses of the Texas State Legislature. From 1987 to 1991, he was one of the three members of the Texas Railroad Commission. In 1998 and 2002, he was the Democratic Party's nomination for lieutenant governor.
Sharp is also a principal in the Austin office of the Dallas-based Ryan & Company, a tax consulting firm. In 2005, he was appointed to serve as chairman of the Texas Tax Reform Commission. In December 2008, Sharp announced that he would run in 2012 for the United States Senate seat currently held by the retiring Republican Kay Bailey Hutchison. However, Sharp never sought the position, having instead been named the Texas A&M System chancellor.












Jim McIngvale - With just $5000 and dream Jim "Mattress Mack" McIngvale has grown to become an icon in Houston's furniture industry and a philanthropic leader. After college Mack spent time working at a furniture store in North Texas where he learned strong business tactics and developed a passion for the furniture industry. His competitive spirit inspired him to open his very own furniture store. He moved to Houston and started Gallery Furniture in 1981 on an abandoned model home park located off the North Freeway.
Mack's tenacity and brilliant marketing skills has led to Gallery Furniture being one of the most trusted stores in the area. Promising to " Save You Money" and "We'll deliver it today", Mack believes in bringing his customers a wonderful shopping experience. Wanting to veer from traditional furniture stores Gallery Furniture host a number of exotic animals, a kids play area, and treats like fresh baked cookies and ice cream to bring a fun family oriented environment. Also in order to insure quality service Mack can be found not only greeting customers but also helping his staff lift and move furniture.









Drayton McLane - An American entrepreneur, He is chairman of the McLane Group, holding company that comprises a variety of diverse enterprises. He was, until 1990, the CEO of the McLane Company, a grocery and food service warehouse, supply, and logistics firm, and was, from 1993 until 2011, the chairman and CEO of the Major League Baseball's Houston Astros. On the Forbes 400 list of richest Americans, he was ranked #324 in 2015 with an estimated net worth of $2 billion.


Marvin Feldman - Marvin Feldman started his career as an agent with New York Life in Columbus, Ohio, in 1967 immediately after graduating from Ohio State University. After 2.5 years in the field, he transitioned into New York Life’s management program. In 1974, Feldman returned to personal production in East Liverpool, Ohio, as a partner in the Feldman Agency and president of Fremar Financial Group. He is currently the president of the Feldman Financial Group in Clearwater, Fla., and president and CEO of Life Happens in Washington, D.C.
Feldman is a 39 year member of the Million Dollar Round Table and served as its president in 2002. He has been a member of the elite Top of the Table for 31 years, serving on their board and as the Top of the Table chairman. He was honored as the Circle of Life recipient in 2004 by the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation in recognition of his community and industry leadership.

Van Mueller - Van Mueller, LUTCF, is a Registered Representative with the Wisconsin Agency of New England Financial Services. January 23, 2014 marks Van's 41st year as an insurance agent. He is an active member of MDRT having qualified for Court of the Table in 1990 and Top of the Table for the last twenty-one years. Van has served as an LUTCF moderator in the past and is looking forward to doing so again. He also served as President of the Milwaukee Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors for the 1998-99 year. In the past, Van has served as Membership Chairman for both Milwaukee and the State of Wisconsin. Van also served the Annuity Advisory Panel, the Middle Income Task Force, the Sales Idea Committee, and the Program Development Committee for MDRT. He has served as Chair of the Website Task Force and for the last two years served on The Board of Directors for Top of the Table. He is also responsible for the Top of the Table Website. Van's new endeavor is the Main Platform Committee for the 2005 MDRT Meeting in New Orleans.

Anastasia Amoroso - Executive Director, and Global Market Strategist on the J.P. Morgan Funds Global Market Insights Strategy Team. In this role, Anastasia is responsible for delivering timely market and economic insight to both institutional and retail clients across the country.
Anastasia has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and is often quoted in the financial press.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Anastasia managed global tactical multi-asset portfolios and performed investment due diligence at Merrill Lynch, as well as provided consultative financial advisory services to high-net-worth families and businesses. Previously, Anastasia held several financial analysis, research and strategic business planning positions with both private and public sector organizations.
Anastasia is a CFA charterholder. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Political Science from the University of New Mexico. She is fluent in English and Russian and proficient in French.

Bo Eason - is a former professional American football player who played safety for four seasons for the Houston Oilers. He is currently an actor and playwright. His show "Runt of the Litter" is now being performed in multiple cities. His brother is former NFL quarterback, Tony Eason.
In 2009, Bo Eason partnered with Willoughby Productions to develop and create The Bo Eason Show, a daily talk show for daytime television. A presentation tape and a "mini-pilot" were produced and shopped to various networks and syndicators.
Bo Eason has gone on to become an in-demand speaker dedicated to helping others tap the power of their personal story and become effective, persuasive communicators. He delivered his keynotes and workshops to groups such as Protective Life Insurance, Dimensional Fund Advisors, Morgan Stanley, and Young Presidents Association.









Bill White - Bill White is senior advisor at Lazard, a firm advising corporate leaders and governments worldwide. He served as Houston’s Mayor and was twice re-elected with an average vote of 88 percent. He also served as the Deputy Secretary of Energy of the United States in the Clinton administration. He received the prestigious John F. Kennedy Profiles in Courage Award for his leadership in response to Hurricane Katrina and the Governing Official of the Year Award by Governing magazine. He has worked as the CEO of a successful business and as a member of numerous corporate boards. In 2010 he received more votes for governor of Texas than any Democratic candidate in the state’s history.

Lou Pierce is President of TPG Consulting, LLC, a Member Firm of M Financial, in Greensboro, NC. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and immediately began his insurance career in the actuarial department at a large southeastern insurance company.  After serving as both a home office pension actuary and a regional sales manager, Lou entered the life insurance and employee benefits direct sales and consulting business in 1981. 
Lou works with closely held businesses assisting individuals and business executives with their insurance and employee benefit needs. He has developed a specialty in designing and administering unique life, disability, and qualified retirement plans. He has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table every year since 1983, has 19 Court of the Table qualifications and achieved Top of the Table status 16 times.  Lou recently served as Chairman of the Top of the Table.





Joe Jordan, inspirational speaker and behavioral finance expert, is the author of the award-winning book Living a Life of Significance (Acanthus Publishing, 2013). It has sold over 90,000 copies and is translated in five languages.
Formerly, Joe ran insurance sales at Paine Webber and more recently was a senior vice president at MetLife. He was responsible for retail product development and started their fee-based financial planning program and behavioral finance department.
Joe is also a founder of the Insured Retirement Institute (formally known as the National Association of Variable Annuities or NAVA) and has been featured on the cover of Life Insurance Selling magazine.
For three consecutive years, he has been honored by Irish America magazine as one of the "Top 50 Irish Americans on Wall Street."
He was inducted into the Fordham Football Hall of Fame and has played rugby for the New York Athletic Club for 30 years.
